Project Manager - Transformation and Change

Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager – Transformation and Change; to join a busy team supporting a wide variety of projects helping to transform the local services within the Torbay area. Full Time, £22 - £22.50 per hour, Office base (Hybrid opportunity).

As a Project Manager you will be supporting the Head of Business Improvement and Change in the day to day delivery and management of projects that span across the organisation. This will include creating project documentation, stakeholder involvement, effective use of business transformation techniques and the coordination of the project work streams

As an experienced Project Manager you will bring your previous experience of managing programmes and projects to a successful conclusion. The Project Manager will be responsible for multiple projects at any one time and will be able to deliver these on budget and within the agreed timescales. Working with multiple stakeholders across a broad range of roles within the organisation the project manage will champion and drive significant areas of change.

As an experienced Project Manager you will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal and must have previous experience with Prince2.
